Stay fit!

Dear Soccer Fans,
in these extremely trying times, RSC-SCV has put together workouts and ideas for our players to stay active and engaged with the game of soccer during the break.
We'd like to share this material with the entire SCV Soccer Community.
We hope these activities can be helpful for all your kids and to see you all out on the fields soon.
Stay healthy and strong.
